DYLAN SIELAFF

Dylan joined the K2 team in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager. In 2021, Dylan became a partner and Principal of K2 and took on a new role within the company as Director of Construction Operations overseeing all construction aspects of the business.
He received his B.A. in Construction Management from Colorado State University and has over 15 years of construction experience in the Colorado market. He holds the following licenses; City of Denver Class B Contractor’s License and City of Boulder Class A Contractor’s License. Dylan’s career has been centered in multi-family construction with experience from pre-construction through completion in the following municipalities along the Front Range of Colorado: Denver, Boulder, Englewood, Aurora, Arvada, Jefferson County, Littleton, and Brighton.
Dylan is passionate about being a Colorado native. In his spare time he enjoys furniture carpentry, gardening, and spending time with his daughters and wife.
